SOUTHWEST HELD TO TWO HITS IN 10-0 LOSS TO GOLEMAN
Host Goleman took advantage
of six Southwest errors to beat the Lady Eagles, 10-0, Wednesday afternoon.
The Lady Gators scored twice in the first inning, added three in the
third and five in the fourth before the ten-run rule ended the game
after four-and-a-half innings. The only offense for Southwest (2-4)
was a third inning single by Tatiana Perez and a fourth inning double
by D'Lani Navarro. Nine of the ten runs scored by Goleman (3-1) were
unearned.
