SABRES RALLY IN 4th QUARTER TO WIN

Host Southwest led for the first 36 minutes before falling to St. Brendan, 50-45, Thursday night. The Sabres first tied the score at 38-38 with 4:05 left in the game. A Tristan Castillo basket with 1:05 remaining tied the score at 45-45, but the Eagles (2-8) could not score again. St. Brendan is now 7-4.

JV BEATS ST. BRENDAN

Freshman Joaquin Rodriguez, playing his first game for the junior varsity, scored 14 points to lead Southwest to a 43-39 win. Jonathan Morales added 10 points for the Baby Eagles (4-6), who won their third consecutive game.
