LADY EAGLES SEASON COMES TO AN END Host Krop jumped out to a 13-0 lead in the first three-and-a-half minutes and coasted to a 70-9 victory over Southwest in the quarterfinals of the district 16-6A tournament. The loss ends the Lady Eagles season with a record of 3-5. The Lightning (11-5) held Southwest to just two first-half rebounds while building a 39-7 lead.
