Taj Marsahll was named head coach on July, 11, 2022. Marshall returns to Southwest after serving as defensive coordinator from 2009-2016 under Tim Neal. The Eagles won two district championships and sent 18 players on to college football during that period. While at Southwest, he also served as head coach of the boys track & field team and assistant boys basketball coach. Most recently, Marshall served as assistant football coach and head track coach at Killian. He also won a state championship in 2003 as the offensive line coach at Carol City. Marshall is a graduate of Florida A&M University.
