ST. BRENDAN WINS EASILY

St. Brendan jumped out to a 46-24 halftime lead and coasted to a 74-58 win over visiting Southwest Thursday night. The Sabres (5-0) utilized superior height and depth and their press forced numerous turnovers by the Eagles (1-6).

VALDES LEADS JV TO WIN

Michael Valdes scored nine of his 14 points in the fourth quarter to lead the JV to a 54-49 victory over host St. Brendan. Nicolas Ospina had 11 points and Eduardo Pardo added 10 for the Baby Eagles.
