SUNSET DEFEATS SOUTHWEST, 34-24

Visiting Sunset outscored Southwest, 13-3, in the second quarter to take a lead it never relinquished in a 34-24 victory over Southwest on Wednesday. The Lady Eagles (2-6) led, 8-7, after one quarter but too many turnovers killed the offense. The Knights (8-4) made only three of 14 free throws in the game.
