SOUTHWEST BEATS AMERICAN, 36-21

Southwest did not allow a field goal for the first 18:13 of the game and defeated visiting American, 36-21, Tuesday afternoon. The Lady Eagles jumped out to an 11-0 lead before the Patriots hit two free throws with 31 seconds left in the first half. Southwest is now 2-5 while American falls to 1-5.
