LADY EAGLES WIN 4th IN A ROW Southwest held off a fourth quarter rally by Braddock to defeat the host Lady Bulldogs, 42-35. The Lady Eagles reached the .500 mark at 9-9 with their fourth consecutive victory. Southwest led, 32-14, midway through the third quarter, but Braddock went on a 10-0 run to start the final period and pulled to within 35-31 with 2:41 remaining. That's when Cameron Araujo, who led all scorers with 17 points, made a free throw to stop the bleeding. Over the next two-and-a-half minutes, she made two more foul shots, Madison Betancourt-Pina also made two and Sheila Rodriguez hit a field goal to close out the win.
