SOUTHWEST LOSES TO SOUTHRIDGE
Southridge jumped out to a 22-0
lead and coasted to a 63-17 victory over Southwest Tuesday afternoon
in the semifinals of the District 16-6A tournament at Lourdes Academy.
Once the Spartans lead reached 35 points in the third quarter, the remainder
of the game was played with a running clock. The loss ends the Lady
Eagles season with a record of 3-10. Southridge will face Lourdes for
the district championship.
