Eric Adeyemi, who played college football at Kent State, is the receivers coach for the Eagles. A graduate of Southridge High and Kent State University, he played one year at the University of Kentucky before transferring to Kent. In addition to being an All-Dade football player at Southridge, Adeyemi won state championships in track in the 110-meter hurdles and 300-meter hurdles. At Kent, he caught 42 passes for 756 yards and also returned punts. Adeymeni is a certified personal trainer specializing in speed and agility training.
